Dr. Seth Hines is the lead dentist, and Dr. Sameer Atrash, known to patients as Dr. Sam, is one of the practice's founders. Between them they cover everyday care and the bigger jobs, so a crown, a root canal or an implant doesn't mean being sent to another town.

Dentists, hygienists and assistants here work as one team rather than as a production line: the person who cleans your teeth is usually the person who cleaned them last time, and they will remember what you said about the tooth on the upper left.
What we try to do consistently is simple enough to write down. Explain what we found before we touch anything. Show you the image on the screen rather than describing it. Give you the cost in writing. Tell you honestly what needs doing now and what could reasonably be watched. And then let you decide without anybody leaning on you.
If you are nervous about coming
Say so when you book, and say so again when you sit down. It is the single most useful thing a patient can tell us, and it changes how the appointment runs: more time, a run through of each step before it happens, and a signal you can use to stop at any point. Nitrous oxide and oral sedation are available for anyone who would rather have them.
Where we are
300 Tazewell St, Pearisburg, VA 24134, in the heart of Pearisburg, with parking at the door. Patients come in from Narrows, Pembroke, Rich Creek, Glen Lyn, Ripplemead and from across Giles County, which for a lot of people is a much shorter drive than Blacksburg or Roanoke.
