What this site does with what you send it.

The appointment request form

What you type into the form on this site is emailed to the office at pearisburgdentalcenter@gmail.com so that somebody can call you back. It is not sold, and it is not passed to advertisers.

Ordinary email is not a secure channel. Please do not put detailed medical history into the form. Tell us on the telephone or in the office instead, where it belongs in your record.

What the form keeps

To stop automated abuse, the address a submission came from is checked against recent submissions and discarded shortly afterward. A hidden field traps automated form fillers. There is no account to create and no password to set.

Tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and carries no third-party tracking pixels. If analytics are added later, this page will say so before they are.

Your dental records

Your clinical record is separate from this website and is handled under the practice's HIPAA notice of privacy practices, a copy of which is available at the front desk on request.
